This mixed-use development is located by Marine Drive, the picturesque promenade in the Cochin, Kerala. Facing the ecologically-rich backwaters, the site belongs to the economically thriving part of the city.
The proposed design focuses on transitional spaces to facilitate the circulation between the urban and the natural environment. The users will be able to enjoy indoor retail spaces and the outdoor boardwalk seamlessly on the ground level.
