The design aims to create a campus that will be a refreshing green lung within the existing bustling urban context.
A grand entrance portal marks the entry into the development. Screened walls for signage, trellised gateway, tree lined main spine leads to the arrival court accentuated with water feature and fine stainless-steel sculptures. The use of light structures and trellised pavilions create enclosures and outdoor meeting rooms -- blurring the boundaries between interior and exterior spaces. Large spaces are carved to transform into activated venues through the week and weekends for community events like temporary art installations, product launches and team building activities. Specific zones are allocated for organic farming for inculcating a sense of community ownership over the care of the landscape. The interplay of hardscape and softscape at the plazas and fire engine paths create a softer visual appeal. The varied hierarchy of seating lends flexibility and creates opportunities for socializing and engaging with nature. Integration of solar panels with softscape features at the roof and the incorporation of eco-paving with hardscape at the plaza are some measures proposed to make this a green campus.
