Prestige Lake Shore Drive

Using the parameters of Horizontality, Sustainablity and connectivity we create an architectural identity for this office campus. We play with the massing and we split the levels with articulating elements. This articulations extend the length of the building and generates hierarchy in the façade, guiding the viewers to each design feature.

The inclusion of Sky Gardens, the façade breaks away from the normality of lines abd reflect the leadership in sustainable practice with innovation and technology in the construction process.
