Prestige Landmark

Prestige Landmark embodies a unique design approach that takes advantage of a drain crossing the site to create two distinct yet interconnected office clusters. This approach incorporates a buffer zone along the drain, facilitating the creation of pedestrian plazas on both sides, enhancing the overall campus experience. Each cluster is thoughtfully designed to include drop-off zones, a foodcourt, retail outlets, and a range of amenities. To further enhance connectivity and accessibility, the design incorporates sky bridges located on the 8th storey, establishing seamless links between both clusters, making this project a harmonious and well-integrated workspace.
